                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES J. ROBINSON AND
                   LILY ROBINSON, CONTRACT NO. 77, BROWNTOWN
                   ROAD COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT NOS. 083, 084
                   AND 085, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF THREE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from James J. Robinson and Lily
       Robinson, Contract No. 77, Browntown Road Collector Sewers, Tract 

       Nos. 083, 084 and 085, for a total consideration of $3,000.00.
